Commitments and compliance · GoldTrack Pro
Traceability serving States, miners and communities.
The standards and the responsible sourcing policy governing GoldTrack Pro and our projects in the mining sector.
Standards
Aligned with international frameworks.
Our traceability processes are designed to align with:
- the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals, including the Gold and Tin, Tantalum and Tungsten supplements;
- the Kimberley Process for the certification of rough diamonds;
- the CRAFT Code for artisanal production;
- the ICGLR Regional Certification Mechanism;
- the national frameworks of partner States: mining codes, data protection laws.
Our commitments
Responsible sourcing policy.
- Zero tolerance for child labour on registered sites: any report triggers an investigation and may lead to the suspension of the site's certificates.
- Combating illicit financial flows: transaction traceability is designed to make informal circuits visible.
- Reducing environmental impacts: raising cooperatives' awareness of alternatives to mercury.
- Respect for local communities and customary frameworks in mining areas.
- Protection of the personal data of registered artisanal miners.
